The 4 Archetypes Of People Wanting To Improve Their Lives

Please Share

Let’s face it, it can be really exhausting and frustrating at times to “figure out” Life.
Some areas are flowing smoothly but others just feel like a constant struggle. I hear you.

In fact, we have identified the 4 most common Archetypes of people who are trying to improve and change their lives but struggle to get to their desired outcomes.

Can you identify with one of them?

Read on...

4 Archetypes we can all relate to...

The Lost One
This person is at a crossroads. Unclear about their life direction and seeking to redefine who they are and what they want out of life. Frustrated and exhausted with the results they are getting, they often feel helpless and lost. They are trying, and they are trying hard.

A little sense of direction and meaning can do wonders for them.

The Lost One is in search for the “What”.

The Stargazer
These are the dreamers among us with a pretty clear direction of where they want to go in Life and what they would like to achieve. The Stargazer seeks traction, but the desired results are lacking. Frustration and anxiety take over. Their goal is to accelerate their efforts and sense more progress along their chosen path. A clear strategy and path forward are what they are looking for.

The Stargazer is in search for the “How”.

The Seeker
All the Entrepreneurs and Professionals who are “societally” successful but are dissatisfied in key areas of their lives. The Seeker has already figured out the “What” and the “How”. Seemingly they have it all, but their inside world says something different. Happiness and meaning are their biggest desires and that is exactly what can turn it around for them. Fulfilment.

The Seeker is in search for the “Why”.

The Evolutionary
This person truly has it all, but they also understand that they don’t know what they don’t know. The Evolutionary has a growth mindset and seeks to learn and gain more wisdom along the way. They desire to expand their consciousness and believe that life is a never-ending journey of learning and growing. Their biggest desire is to have even more impact in the world.

The Evolutionary keeps asking What, How and Why over and over again always in search for more impact and Meaning.

So, which one do you relate to the most? Or do you see yourself in all of them?

The truth is probably you see yourself in all of them, but you can also identify with a particular one where your biggest struggle lies. That is totally normal, and you are far from alone.

Depending on the area in your life you look at, you might be striving (e.g. your business) but struggling in another one (e.g. relationship).

Or you are looking for the “How’s” when it comes to turn your health around but the “Why” doesn’t seem to be strong enough either.

No matter what the stage you are at or what archetype you feel most called to, the answer to your struggle stays the same:

The Question Is The Answer

You see, the smartest people are not the ones who seemingly have all the answers but the ones who know how to ask better questions.

That’s good news because asking better questions is a skill.

The moment I started asking better questions, my life started to become better too. In fact, asking better questions has changed and somewhat saved my life.

You see, there was this one Wednesday in April 2018 where I got a wakeup call from the Universe.
In the same day, my business went south, the relationship I was in broke up and I completely lost my sense of direction. I felt like my life was shattered into pieces.

All these questions were torturing my mind: Why? How did this happen? How did I end up here? What is the Purpose of all this anyway? Who am I?

These big questions had been there all along but in that moment, I understood, that the answers couldn’t be outside of me (all had broken away) but had to be inside of me.

With this revelation I started journaling and asking myself every question I could think of. Writing over 100 pages in the first 7 days.

I went from not doing anything and questioning my whole existence to getting back in control of the key areas in my life. Improving all areas bit by bit, question by question.

Now I know that writing for hours is not everyone’s thing but living a better life with emotional freedom is.

Let’s be clear, we all look for inner peace and happiness in the end.

But how does one get there?

The Superpowers Of Questions

By asking yourself better questions. Period.

You see questions have several superpowers. They create awareness, bust limiting beliefs, shift perspectives, build curiosity, and help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself and the world you want to live in. They help you understand what works for you and what doesn’t, what is important and what isn’t.

Aren’t the above superpowers the exact same things that have a tremendous impact on how you perceive and create your own personal reality? Your very Life?
Wouldn’t you agree then, that asking better questions could have life-changing impacts on you?

A famous quote states the following:

“The quality of your life is determined by the quality of questions you ask” – Tony Robbins
